Immune cells infiltrating the limbus and cornea were counted in the eyes of Aire KO mice treated with CMC vehicle or Anakinra. Mean ± SEM of cell counts are provided. Although there was a trend toward decreased immune cell numbers in Anakinra-treated eyes, differences did not reach statistical significance as defined by a p value <0.05.
