The levels of MDA were measured by High Performance Liquid chromatography in the blood, and aqueous humor of the control, and glaucoma groups. Blood and aqueous humor MDA levels in glaucoma patients were significantly increased over those of control group (both, p<0.001). Data are expressed in μmol/ml and represent mean ± standard deviation. Student t test analysis was used.
