A schematic representation of the potassium channel, subfamily V, member 2 (KCNV2) subunit of the K channel is drawn showing the approximate position of missense disease-causing variants identified in this study. The KCNV2 protein consists of an N-terminus, an N-terminal A and B box (NAB), and six transmembrane domains (S1–S6), with two extracellular loops (EC 1, 2) and a K selective motif, GlyTyrGly, in the pore-forming loop (P loop) between S5 and S6.
