Distribution of clinical values, human leucocyte antigen (HLA)-DR expression and cluster of differentiation (CD)8 expression between controls (n=19) and patients following hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT; n=27). Patients following HSCT expressed significantly more HLA-DR, had a lower Schirmer score and tear break-up time, a higher oxford grade and a higher ocular surface disease index score.
