Figure 3. DNA copy number variations with DNA samples tested using Hs01538855_cn copy number assay from Applied Biosystems. Each DNA sample was run with four replicates with 10 ng DNA. A predesigned reference assay against the RNase P gene was included in the real-time PCR experiment for each sample. The data from real-time PCR was analyzed using CopyCaller v1.0 software from Applied Biosystems. All the CNV calls were generated with >95% confidence.
