This table identifies the duration of laser photocoagulation treatment, mean IOP, and Aβ_1–42 immunoreactivities in the retina and optic nerve head (ONH) after laser photocoagulation treatment. The left eye was treated with laser photocoagulation and the right eye was used as a non-treated control in each monkey. Abbreviations: tissue not stained (−),weak immunostaining intensity (+), moderate immunostaining intensity (++), and robust immunostaining intensity (+++). The grading was performed by a single observer who was blinded to the animals’ data.
