Clinical observation revealed no toxicity for intravitreal 250 µg or lower doses of HDP-cP-Ara-C. However, out of 4 eyes with intravitreal 800 µg of HDP-cP-Ara-C, two eyes had retinal toxicity. Footnote: #-indicating the vitreous haze came from vitreous hemorrhage during the drug injection *-one eye showed direct contact between drug depot and the medullary ray and the other showed direct contact between drug depot and the inferior retina.
