Green fluorescent protein (GFP) expression and phase contrast images were captured after 72 h (original magnification × 200). B: The heparanase mRNA levels were detected using real-time PCR after the HRECs were treated with HPSE-LV and Con-LV. HPSE-LV significantly inhibited the expression of HREC heparanase mRNA (●p<0.01, compared with HRECs; ▲p<0.01, compared with the Con-LV group). Each group experiment was repeated 3 times (n=3). C: western blotting analysis showed that the heparanase protein was markedly inhibited by HPSE-LV in HRECs.
