Cells were incubated first for 1 h in the absence or presence of PD98059, SB203580, or JNK inhibitor II (each at 10 µM) or of IKK-2 inhibitor (1 µM) and then for 24 h in the additional absence or presence of poly(I:C) at 1 µg/ml.
