The frequency of each genotype is expressed as a percentage and
is defined as the number of individuals possessing the genotype
(+N), divided by the number of individuals studied (n) in each
group. VKHN*1 and VKHN*2 are two unique genotypes and are marked
with an asterisk. **The frequency of the Bx5 genotype was
measured as being significantly higher in the VKH patients
compared to the normal controls. (p=0.053; OD=2.41;
CI=0.73–7.24).
