inhibited the diabetes-induced hypersensitivity to tactile
allodynia (light touch). Diabetic controls moved their legs at a
lower pressure, indicating that they had increased sensitivity
to touch. The inhibitor was administered at three doses of 10,
100, and 300 µg/day, and the duration of diabetes and drug
administration was 2 months. n=6–10 in all groups.
