A: Total lysates from murine corneal tissue lysates were analyzed by western blotting for their level of NF-κB activation by detecting phosphorylated NF-κB (P-NF-κB), total NF-κB protein, and IκBα. As shown by the analysis results (B), msFlk-1/mEndo and msFlk-1/msTie2/mEndo significantly downregulated NF-κB phosphorylation expression.
