Figure 4. The tube formation ability of the human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) was enhanced significantly by advanced glycation end products of BSA (AGE-BSA). After treatment with different media for 6 h, the number of the tube formatted by connected cells in the AGE-BSA group was larger than that in the two control groups. The tube formation ability was enhanced evidently after AGE-BSA treatment.
