of BSA (AGE-BSA) induced enhanced migration in transdifferentiated
monkey choroid-retinal endothelial cells (RF/6A) and human umbilical
vein endothelial cells (HUVEC). Light microscopic images shows the
increased migratory ability of cells after 24 h of treatment with
AGE-BSA. The images were taken at 24 h after the scratch was applied.
The migratory ability of the transdifferentiated cells was most obvious
in the cells treated with AGE-BSA after scratch injury. ***p<0.001.
