Two-hundred-and-thirty-five protein spots from the 2-DE gel of human TMT are localized on two images, where spots 1–117 are located on the left and 118–235 on the right. Protein spots were excised and identified by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS). The spot numbers indicated on the gel images are listed in Appendix 1.
