Cells were treated with 1 mM H₂O₂ for 30 min. Lysates were harvested 0, 1, 2, or 4 h later. Control cells (C) were left untreated. Protein levels are expressed as ratios relative to those of glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH). All experiments were conducted in at least three different cell lines from three different donors. Data from one representative experiment are presented.
