Figure 3. Alcohol dehydrogenase immunoreactivity in a normal cornea, Fuchs’ dystrophy cornea, and keratoconus cornea. Diaminobenzidine (DAB) brown staining of the keratocytes of normal corneas and Fuchs’ dystrophy corneas indicates presence of alcohol dehydrogenase in contrast to keratoconus keratocytes.
