Filled squares and circles represent affected males and females, respectively. Seven members in three generations were affected with bilateral cataract since childhood. Except the proband (III:2), all other affected members (I:4, II:7, II:8, II:9, II:12, III:2, III:3) were operated for bilateral congenital cataract in the first decade of their life.
