Measure of LDH release in BRECs after 24 h, 72 h, and 5 days of treatment with 1 mg/ml or 0.1 mg/ml of TA. Control cells were either not treated (C), 1% ethanol-treated (C-E), or 0.2% triton-treated. No LDH release was found in control cells and a small increase is seen in cells treated with 0.1mg/ml of TA. The use of 1 mg/ml of TA drastically increase LDH release.
