Neither in unstimulated nor in IFN-γ or IFN-γ/TNF-α stimulated cells any TGF-β has not been detected in the unstimulated or the IFN-γ or IFN-γ/TNF-α stimulated cells. In contrast, TNF-α stimulated cells showed a mild TGF-β level.
