Figure 8. The activation of p42/44 MAPK in the muscarinic receptor-mediated responses in mouse SFs was analyzed via ELISA. The cells were exposed to atropine, pirenzepine, and carbachol at concentrations of 0.1, 1, 10, and 100 µM and to MT-7 and MT-1 at concentrations of 0.001, 0.01, 0.1, and 1 M. Phospho-p42/44 MAPK was activated in a dose-dependent manner (p<0.05, n=4). Data are represented as mean±SEM.
