Figure 3. Effects of VEGF on annexin A2 mRNA half-life. RF/6A cells were treated with 25 ng/ml VEGF for 1 h. Half the plates were returned to OptiMEM plus 0.5% FBS without VEGF, and 5 µg/ml actinomycin D (actD) was added to all plates.
