The single asterisk indicates haplotype specific (HS) testing. This test is a comparison of a specific haplotype with the other two. The double asterisk indicates the p values and OR values derived from comparing each haplotype with the base-line haplotype (T-G). p values for HS testing are based on 10,000 permutations.
