The HSF percentage was increased in the S phase and decreased in the Gl phase when the cells were stimulated with 100 ng/ml BMP-2. Additionally, the Proliferation Index (Pr I(S+G2M)) was also significantly increased. Proliferation index (Pr I) indicates the vability of cell proliferation, Pr I =(S+G2M)/(G0/G1+S+G2M). An asterisk indicates p<0.05 when compared to the control group.
