A: After the cells were incubated for 24 h with 100 μM H2O2 or with 25 and 50 μM EGCG 1 h before H2O2 treatment, the expression of ERK, p38 MAPK, JNK, and Akt protein was detected using western blot analysis. B: Densitometric analyses of western blot are presented as the mean±SD for three independent experiments performed in triplicate. Data are presented as the fold induction over control cells. The asterisk indicates that p<0.05 compared to the untreated control and the sharp (hash mark) means that p<0.05 compared to the H2O2-treated group.
