Comparison in terms of strength, expansion, and ratio of water content in initial ACMP, dehydrated ACMP and normal porcine cornea, showed no statistical significance of the differences (p>0.05) while the ratio of light transparency of initial ACMP compared to other groups showed a statistical significance of the difference (p<0.05). Statistical significance was assigned when the p value was less 0.05.
