oligonucleotide microarray (left panels, n=3) and validated by
quantitative PCR (right panels, n=6). A complete description of the

11].
For quantitative PCR, mRNA expression was normalized to
RL8
mRNA expression. Samples from 2-month-old wild-type mice were
arbitrarily set to 1. Fold inductions +/− SEM are shown. It was found
by two-way ANOVA that mRNA expression levels were significantly
different between genotypes for all time points (p<0.01).
