The affinity purified polyclonal antibodies were diluted from 1:1,000 to 1:1,00,000 with a coating parent antigen (human total lens proteins) concentration of 100, 250, 500, and 750 ng. The optimal dilution obtained was 1:40,000 with 250 ng of immobilized antigen, which gave an absorbance of 0.92. Data points are mean values (n=5).
