Corneal fibroblasts transfected with TransIT-TKO transfection reagent, a 100 nM scrambled or LIMK1 siRNA for 72 h were fixed and permeablized. The cells were stained for actin (green color, using Alexa 488 phalloidin) and paxillin (red color, using anti-paxillin and Cy3-goat anti-mouse IgG) where indicated.
