Group 1 animals received two sequential intravitreal (IV) injections of the vector. Group 2 animals received IV injection in the first eye, followed by SR injection in the second eye. Group 3 received SR injection in first eye, followed by IV injection in the second eye. Group 4 animals received two sequential subretinal (SR) injections.
