Human primers were used to amplify 172-373 bp regions of cyclophilin A (cyclophilin), transforming growth factor, beta-induced (TGFBI), 68 kDa, fibroblast growth factor -2 (FGF2), and protein tyrosine phosphatase, receptor type, B (PTPRB; see Table 1).
