Forty-eight h after syngeneic OVA-loaded corneal grafts were transplanted, recipient draining LN cells were harvested from either anti-CCL21 or isotype control IgG-treated groups. The percentage of CD11c⁺ and OVA⁺ cells was analyzed by two-color flow cytometry (A). The results are expressed as the mean percentage of CD11c⁺ and OVA⁺ cells±SEM of 3 measurements (the asterisk indicates a p <0.05). The p-value is determined using a two-tailed Student's t-test.
