Table 2. Genotype and allele frequencies of rs2430561 (A/T) and rs3138557 functional microsatellites
We examined the allele and genotype frequencies of the SNP and microsatellites in the VKH patients and healthy controls. Six microsatellite alleles were observed in the study group. There was no significant difference in the allele and genotype frequencies between the VKH patients and healthy controls. RR repesents relative risk.
