Subconjunctival fibroblast cultures were wounded with a micro-pipette tip. Next, the cells were treated with inhibitors or vehicle for 30 min prior to stimulation with PMA (10 nM). After 16 h, migration was evaluated as indicated in "Materials and Methods". A: Results from three independent experiments are presented.
