Wild-type αA-crystallin (A) and αAG98R (B) proteins (0.1 mg) incubated at various temperatures (4 °C, 37 °C, 45 °C, 53 °C, and 65 °C) were analysed in a TSK-5000 column in 50 mM phosphate buffer containing 150 mM NaCl.
