BTX-B injection into lacrimal gland induced corneal punctuate staining (grade, mean±SD; 2.17±1.17) at two weeks post-injection (F) that was significantly higher than in the non-injection (B) or saline injection groups (D). Three more weeks of treatment with either topical CsA (H) or topical FM (I) significantly improved corneal staining compared to eyes treated with AT (G) at four weeks post-injection.
