The table lists the expression of mRNA found in naive iris/CB tissue and after sham injection compared to inflamed iris/CB showing upregulation of CCR7 and its ligands by LPS, whereas no change in CCR5 or CCR6 expression could be seen. Spleen tissue was used as a positive control. CB: ciliary body; -: no expression of mRNA, +: weak expression, ++: strong expression.
