The LD plot was based on the genotyping data from the HapMap database using HaploView 3.32 software. LD stands for linkage disequilibrium. A shows the LD plot of OPA1 in the Caucasian population, and B shows the LD plot of OPA1 in the African population (Yoruba, Nigeria).
