Figure 4. Western blot analysis of various melanin related proteins in cultured RPE and uveal melanoma cells
Three melanin related proteins were measured in cultured RPE by antibodies specific to tyrosinase, TYRP1, and TYRP2. The same experiment was performed in uveal melanoma cells using the same antibodies as a positive control.
