Table 1. Proteins abundant in retinal endothelial samples
Twenty protein spots contained a mixture of proteins that were significantly more abundant in retinal endothelial cell samples. For 11 protein spots, over 50% of the spectral counts could be matched to a single protein in the digested spot. The protein spots are presented in the table, along with corresponding fold-increase, q value, and protein identification where possible.
