A: Immunoblot analysis of scavenger receptor class B, type I (SR-BI) and β-actin in whole lysate of TR-iBRB2 cells. TR-iBRB2 cells were treated with different concentrations of SR-BI siRNA (S) or non-specific siRNA (control, NC). B: [14C]α-tocopherol-high-density lipoprotein (HDL; 10 μM of [14C]α-tocopherol) uptake was performed at 37 °C for 90 min after treatment of 200 nM SR-BI (S) or non-specific control (NC) siRNAs for 36 h in the absence (-) or presence (+) of 100 nM BLT-1.
