Figure 3. TGF-β2 enhances cell adhesion onto fibronectin

HLEC were treated with 100 pg/ml TGF-β2 for 6 h, 12 h, and 24 h with or without addition of anti-integrin β1 antibody and cell adhesion was assayed as described in the Methods. Data was normalized to the control values and each data point represents the mean±S.E. of three experiments. Statistically, significant differences are indicated by the sharp (hash mark; p<0.05) compared with the control group and by the asterisk (p<0.05), compared with TGF-β2 group.
