Sequence of ologonucleotides and annealing temperature were used for amplification of the promoter and coding regions of the MYOC gene. In the table, "F" indicates the forward strand and "R" indicates the reverse strand. The promoter region was amplified in four overlapping fragments while Exon 3 was amplified in two overlapping fragments. In additional, bp represents base pair in this table.
