List of extracellular matrix genes found to be significantly overrepresented among the retinal pigment epithelium genes significant differentially expressed between macula (M) and peripheral parts (P1 and P2) of the human eye. Negative numbers indicate that expression is higher in the paramacular area (P1) or the mid-postequatorial periphery (P2) compared to the macula. M/P1 and M/P2 denotes gene expression fold change observed between, respectively macula and P1, P2.
