Appendix 1. ANOVA results of macular and peripheral retinal pigment epithelium gene expression profiles

The table shows the results of the ANOVA analysis that was used to compare the RPE expression profiles of all combinations of the macular and peripheral regions (M, P1, and P2). For 1,155 genes out of 22 K genes, a significant (p<0.01) difference in gene expression among these groups was found.
