A Mascot search identified this protein as α-enolase with a highly significant score of 96 (A) and several peptides could be matched (C). The box plot (B) shows a down-regulation of the antibody against this biomarker in the glaucoma groups (POAG and PEX) with comparison to controls (CO). There was a significant difference between all 3 groups (p=0.0041).
