The left eye of Patient II:4 exhibits iris hypoplasia and lens opacity (A), and the right eye (B) exhibits atrophy of eyeball and corneal leucoma affecting the peripheral and central cornea as well as peripheral areas of stromal opacification besides the phenotype of the left eye (B). Her daughter (patient III:2) exhibited new vessels around cornea, total bilateral aniridia, congenital coronary cataract (C), and features of foveal hypoplasia and indicated an absence of foveolar and perifoveal reflexes (D).
