Figure 4. Expression of RhoA and Rac1 in trabecular meshwork cells

TM cell lysates containing equal amounts of total proteins were subjected to western blot analysis with anti-RhoA and anti-Rac1 antibodies, respectively. The blots were representatives of three independent experiments. The expression level of Rac1 was found to be much higher than RhoA in porcine TM cells.
