Odds ratios were calculated using carriers of both complement factor H (CFH) and HTRA1 wildtype genotypes as reference group. The HTRA1 -625AA and CFH 402HH genotype combination was not found among controls and the odds ratio for this age-related macular degeneration (AMD) combination was infinite.
