Table 2. TGFβ stimulated gene expression

A selection of the genes up-regulated more than 1.5 fold in FHL 124 cells in at least 3 out of the 4 samples for each group. This was detected using oligonucleotide microarrays. The accession number and putative biological functions of the expressed genes are provided.
